On offer is Golden Door’s signature Program - an organised residential experience with a minimum stay of 5 days which is tailored to suit each individual guest. This famous program includes a combination of health and wellness activities, a broad range of exercise and fitness options, inspiring health education seminars, and a specially designed low fat menu of gourmet spa cuisine.  This combined with Golden Door’s holistic therapies and luxurious spa treatments make a week at The Golden Door an unforgettable experience that can change people’s lives.

Much of The Golden Door Program focuses on giving you the educational tools you need to make long lasting changes to your lifestyle - a plan that has been tried and tested by many thousands of guests. Guests come for many reasons: to stop smoking, improve fitness and wellbeing, de-stress and unwind, or just enjoy some well deserved pampering.

Those with less time can visit Elysia as an Independent Retreat Guest for a minimum two night stay with access to all the activities, facilities and seminars. Spa treatments are at an additional cost.  All gourmet spa meals and beverages are included.  Independent guests can now enjoy a free round of golf at the renowned Cypress Lakes Golf and Country Club located next door.

Start the day in the tranquillity of Meditation Hill watching the sun rise - often with hot air balloons drifting peacefully across the sky - followed by gentle Tai Chi and a walk through the rolling countryside.
