Restaurant Merlot

Our signature restaurant featuring seasonal and local produce, complemented by the finest regional wines.

Seared scallops with crispy pancetta shards and an avocado, cherry tomato and rocket salad, tossed with a chardonnay and Beechworth honey dressing.

Elegant decor, white linen tablecloths, attentive discreet service. Views over the vineyards. Cardamon spiced Milawa free-range chicken breast with roasted kipfler potatoes, seasoned green beans, semi-dried tomatoes and a lemon beurre blanc.

Fresh, innovative cuisine. Blue Ox summer berry and flourless chocolate ‘gateaux’ with blueberry cream.

Open daily for sumptuous buffets breakfast, Thursday to Sunday from 6pm for dinner and from Friday to Sunday for lunch.

Cafe Noble Rot

Enjoy a long lunch in the open air courtyard.

Pan-Fried Saffron Gnocchi with wilted spinach, lemon dressing and pecorino. Tea, coffee and house made treats beside the fire place.

Local cheese and wine tasting. Assorted Fresh Breads served with house made chutney, Milawa mustards, local cheese and olives. Toasted Sourdough Sandwich - double smoked ham, aged cheddar and ripe Markwood tomatoes and a light salad.
