Grasmere Lodge has a choice of venues suitable for small meetings or conferences. It is an ideal venue for presentations or launches, for example Porsche released the 4WD Cayenne from Grasmere Lodge. The lodge can be booked for exclusive use.

A heaven of luxury and natural splendour nestled amidst the towering peaks of New Zealand’s Southern Alps, Grasmere Lodge offers everything marrying couples could wish for.

Make a grand entrance by helicopter or light air craft at Grasmere, to get pampered with the special bridal facial package that will leave you radiant and relaxed for your wedding ceremony. The array of idyllic wedding spots around the Lodge will perfect your day. Marry near the old pine trees surrounding the Lodge, in the garden with majestic mountains in the background or drive to the delightful church in the small village of Arthur’s Pass to wed. Share champagne and canapés with your loved ones on the green lawn or around the open log fireplace inside the original limestone homestead. Afterwards celebrate with a beautiful wedding breakfast prepared by Grasmere’s gourmet chef. The Lodge is available for exclusive use and can cater for a wedding up to 26 guests.

After celebrations immerse in the privacy of your spacious suite. Share a relaxing dip in the suite’s Jacuzzi or snuggle up in rich bathrobes on the couch. As night descends admire the starry skies from your private deck. Next night delight in the specially prepared candle light degustation dinner in your own private dining room.

You can stay within the comfort of the Lodge and take a dip in the heated outdoor pool or enjoy a relaxing massage for two. Alternatively discover The Lodge’s rich natural surroundings. Go on a 4WD farm tour or cross wide open tussock lands and riverbanks on horseback and share a gourmet picnic under a willow tree near one of the lakes. Or put on your hiking shoes and enjoy a more up close look at the abundant flora across the many hills.
