The Hart Lodge is central to both Tauranga and Rotorua. The Bay of Plenty area is brimming with interesting things to see and do such as world class ocean fishing, bush walks, fascinating tours and a myriad of attractions to suit everyone from the adventurous traveller to that of pure relaxation and recreation.

Several famous attractions lie within a short drive from The Hart.  Rotorua has several beautiful lakes, along with a multitude of geothermal and cultural attractions. Tauranga and Mount Maunganui have long stretches of sandy beaches and excellent game fishing, surfing, golf and fabulous shopping opportunities.
