Booking Policy

Full payment is required before confirming the booking.

American Express, Master Card, Visa, JCB, Dinners Club and various Chinese Credit Cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy

A charge equivalent to the first night’s room rate plus government tax and service charge will be charged for any confirmed booking cancelled within 30 (thirty) days prior to the arrival date to a guaranteed credit card. Any cancellation within 24 (twenty four) hours prior to arrival or No Show upon arrival date will be subject to 100% cancellation fee imposed from total room nights reserved.
