Beside the Gulf of Thailand

Veranda Resort and Spa is located southwest of Bangkok, on the beautiful Gulf of Thailand. The property is on the beachfront, between the traditional Thai resort towns of Cha Am and Hua Hin – 230 kilometres (a three-hour drive) from Bangkok International Airport, and 25 kilometres from Petchburi city centre. Guests can also fly to Hua Hin Airport – a 10-minute drive away, and reached by a 40-minute flight from Bangkok.

Transfers from/to Bangkok Airport are available by private limousine (5000 Baht one way) or hotel mini-bus (4500 Baht one way).

The Hua Hin area, located at approximately 13° North and 100° East, experiences a classic tropical climate – summer temperatures range between 32° and 38° C, while winters vary from 23–30°C.

Directions

From Bangkok International Airport, head west towards the city on the Bangkok Airport Expressway. Upon entering the inner Bangkok expressway, look out for the exit to Highway 35 (to Samut Sakhon).

Drive for 90 kilometres until you reach the exit to Highway 4, and head for Petchburi. Travel for another 60 kilometres, when you will reach Petchburi city. From here, stay on the same highway and follow the signs to Cha Am.

Go through the first traffic lights in Cha Am town and drive a further 7 kilometres, at which point the hotel signs will lead you to a left-hand turn, and then the hotel itself.
